All the musicians I know are either already in a band, unmotivated, or just aren't interested. It's really frustrating. So I'm asking you guys. How should go about finding new people to jam with?

Honestly, I would say just to start writing songs on your own if you can play the instruments and maybe start getting some recordings of them and eventually post them on line to show what you can offer. Then people will hear it from all over the world and you could possibly start a band that way! Youtube covers help a lot too!
